All member nations are urged by the Commission to provide Progress Reports to the Scientific Committee following the most recent guidelines developed by the Scientific Committee and adopted by the Commission. Papers can be submitted either by e-mail or as good quality single-sided, single-spaced top copies. If they are not provided by e-mail, Parties should arrange to take an electronic version to the Annual Meeting of the IWC (.pdf format is preferred). An online submission system has been developed.
