Article 16 Applicability 1. This Decision shall apply from 1 January 2014. 2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, Member States shall make available the information required pursuant to Articles 6 (Zones and agglomerations) and 7 (Assessment regime)for the first time no later than 31 December 2013. Note: During the period upto 31 December 2013,the AQD IPR pilot will prepare for reporting.
