| T_SOURCE | 0 | COMMENT | The following has been repealed as from 28 December 2005: (a) Article 8(1) and the Annex to Council Directive 75/439/EEC of 16 June 1975 on disposal of waste oils (CELEX No 31975L0439); (b) Council Directive 89/369/EEC of 8 June 1989 on the prevention of air pollution from new municipal waste incineration plants (CELEX No 31989L0369); (c) Council Directive 89/429/EEC of 21 June 1989 on the reduction of air pollution from existing municipal waste-incineration plants(CELEX No 31989L0429); d) Council Directive 94/67/EC of 16 December 1994 on the incineration of hazardous waste (CELEX No 31994L0067). The Directive is supplemented by: Commission Decision 2010/731/EU of 30 November 2010, repealing the previous decision (2006/329/EC) and laying down a questionnaire to be used for reporting on the implementation of Directive 2000/76/EC on the incineration of waste for the period of years 2009 to 2011 inclusive (CELEX No 32010D0731). Decision 2010/731/EU is repealed from 1 January 2013. Commission Decision 2011/632/EU of 21 September 2011 laying down a questionnaire to be used for reporting on the implementation of Directive 2000/76/EC on the incineration of waste for only 2 years, namely 2012 and 2013 (CELEX No 32011D0632). | Date of end of validity: 06/01/2014.
