T_OBLIGATION 0 REPORTING_FORMAT The INSPIRE Implementing Rule on Monitoring and Reporting (Decision 2009/442) is available from http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?qid=1490345746153&uri=CELEX:32009D0442 The collected monitoring values have to be publicly available and have to be provided to the European Commission. The above mentioned implementing rule state that all the results of monitoring should be public. The implementing rules also ask Member States to publish the information on the Internet. It is also proposed that the European Commission publishes the results.
