T_OBLIGATION 0 DESCRIPTION This obligation is still under the development and will only be active as from March 2020 delivery with reference to 2018 reporting year. This obligation covers: 1) Data to be reported by Member States according to Article 7 of Regulation 166/2006/EC on the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) 2) Data to be reported by Member States, on combustion plants, according to Article 72(3) and 72(4) of Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions This obligation brings together the previous separated obligations http://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/538 and http://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/9 The administrative data of the facilities and plants to be reported is stored in the so-called EU registry of industrial sites which constitutes obligation http://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/721 This obligation applies from the 2018 reporting year onwards. Since 2020, the reporting deadline is 30 November (i.e. 11 months after the end of the reporting year). This obligation covers: 1) Data to be reported by Member States according to Article 7 of Regulation 166/2006/EC on the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR). A revised implementing decision outlining the data to be reported under Article 7 was published in October 2019 and has applied from the 2019 reporting year onwards - Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1741. 2) Data to be reported by Member States, on combustion plants, according to Article 72(3) and 72(4) of Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions This obligation brings together the previous separated obligations http://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/538 and https://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/756 The administrative data of the facilities and plants to be reported is stored in the so-called EU registry of industrial sites which constitutes obligation http://rod.eionet.europa.eu/obligations/721
