| T_OBLIGATION | 0 | DESCRIPTION | This obligation includes in a single reporting channel the data on: 1) Summary of the emission inventory for all combustion plants with a rated thermal input of 50MW or more showing refinery data separately according to Annex VIIIB to the LCP Directive. 2) Plants declared for eligibility under article 4(4) along with the record of the used and unused time allowed for the plants remaining operational life 3) Plants applying Article 5 or the provisions of the Nota Bene in Annex III or the footnotes in Annex VI.A of the LCP Directive shall report thereon annually to the Commission. This reporting is currently using an XML-based submission assisted by a web-form. The Commission has set a common deadline for this reporting every 31 March so that reporting coincides with E-PRTR reporting.
