This obligation finds its legal basis in the so-called module 2 of the Commission Implementing Decision 2012/795/EU. THIS DATAFLOW IS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT | The EU registry on industrial sites is a data flow that collects information on the facilities, installations, and plants which are obliged to report under the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) Regulation and the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED). This obligation finds its legal basis in the Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1135/EU. The first reporting year for this data flow was 2017. From reporting year 2019 thereafter, countries must report the year - 1 information on 30/09/yy (e.g. 2020 information on 30/09/2021). |
