| T_OBLIGATION | 0 | REPORTING_FORMAT | The updated supporting documents for reporting under the next request by the Commission (Q-2013) are available on public EEA Eionet Forum interest group "WISE Water Directives reporting", subfolder for the UWWTD data request 2013 at http://forum.eionet.europa.eu/x_wise-reporting/library/treatment_directive/uwwtd-data-request-2013/ The content of Q-2013 is in substance the same as that of Q-2011. Similarly as in 2011 Member States have the possibility, to provide additional information beyond the requirement of the Directive. Additional information, that will enable pre-filling of OECD/EUROSTAT Joint Questionnaire, has been introduced into additional 3 tables. Provision of these additional parameters will be voluntary. Web tool, used in 2011, has been updated to support countries in Q-2013 data compilation and subsequent quality checks. In order to ensure that the spatial datasets on designated sensitive areas and their catchments are in conformity with the INSPIRE, Member States are asked to compile the datasets in line with the requirements of INSPIRE Technical Guidelines on "The Area management/restriction/regulation zones and reporting units" and re-submit them under the 2013 data request. What and how to report? Tabular data in terms of xml-files, GIS shape-files (for reporting sensitive areas and their catchment), additional documents and reports under the UWWT Directive. There are two options to create requested UWWTD xml-files from tabular data (export from national Databases into Web tool or direct data compilation in xml-format). The main reporting guidelines consist of: 1- Commission letter of request 2- Technical document: How to use Reportnet for reporting under the Urban Waste Water treatment Directive (91/271/EEC) 3- IT reporting web tool and supporting documents for reporting under the UWWTD (see details below) 1- Commission letter sets out the reference year for reporting (2012 and if this is not possible, 2011) and provides the background of the main reporting requirements as well as the list of parameters for Q-2013. The letters for "non-Pilot" MS (SIIFs) and "Pilot" MS (SIIFs) are available at http://icm.eionet.europa.eu/announcements/ann1386586197 and http://icm.eionet.europa.eu/announcements/ann1386583408 2- Technical document "How to use Reportnet for reporting under the Urban Waste Water treatment Directive (91/271/EEC)" explains how to use Reportnet for finding information and reporting information to the Commission. The document is being updated for Q-2013. 3- IT reporting web tool and supporting documents for reporting under the UWWTD are also available in subfolder for the UWWTD data request 2013. IT reporting tool (WEB tool) WEB tool is Data exchange and management tool, developed to support Member States in UWWTD data compilation and data quality checks. WEB tool can be used for import and export of xml-data and csv-data files and includes functionalities enabling data correction.
