Information
Directive 2008/98/EC requires Member States to report to the commission , every three years as in accordance with Article 37, on their record with regard to meeting the targets of Article 11 ( 50% preparing for re-use and recycling of household and similar waste: 70 % preparing for reuse and recycling of contruction and demolition waste) by 2020. If the targets are not met, this report shall include the reasons for failure and the actions the Member State intends to take to meet those targets.
