Within 30 days of the receipt of notification by the competent authority of the Member State within whose territory the release is to take place. A notification is sent to the relevant competent authority before undertaking the deliberate release.

Information
Article 11(1) of the GMO Directive states that the format for the summary shall be established and modified as appropriate in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 30(2).
