Abstract | This regulation lays down rules on the production, import, export, placing on the market, use, recovery, recycling, reclamation and destruction of substances that deplete the ozone layer, on the reporting of information related to those substances and on the import, export, placing on the market and use of products and equipment containing or relying on those substances. |

The ODS Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009, is a recast of Regulation (EC) No 2037/2000 and its amendments. The following amendments apply to the ODS Regulation: • Commission Decision on the use of controlled substances as process agents under Article 8(4) • Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer, with regard to the critical uses of halons amending the ODS Regulation |
