Description The purpose of the Harmonised Offshore Chemical Notification Format is to provide authorities with data and information about chemicals to be used and discharged offshore, to enable the authorities to take the appropriate regulatory action in accordance with the scope of the applicable OSPAR Decision on a Harmonised Mandatory Control System for the Use and Reduction of Offshore Chemicals.
