| Description |
Under Article 13, the Parties shall submit to ordinary meetings of the Parties a report on the implementation of this Protocol, in particular on: (a) the status and the state of the areas included in the SPAMI List; (b) any changes in the delimitation or legal status of the SPAMIs and protected species; (c) possible exemptions allowed pursuant to Articles 12 and 18 of this Protocol.
