Art 24, reporting on monitoring compliance is in fact a questionnaire sent by the Commission directly via e-mail to the Member States' competent authorities for biocidal products. It does not exist on-line. It's purpose is to provide the Commission with comprehensive information on compliance monitoring and also to give the Member States' reports the same structure, making the information easier to process for the sake need of the Commission composite report.
