Date comments Approximately regular. Reports are to be submitted to the Conference of Parties, which is normally convened every two years. To date, there has been no systematic submission of reports.

Extra information To date there has been no systematic submission of reports and no prescribed format. However, a working group has been established to develop a reporting format. It is anticipated that a format will be developed by summer 2004 and adopted in November 2004.
