Extra information The model data form is appended to Resolution No. 5 (1998). It is derived from and compatible with the Natura 2000 Standard Data Form. Parties are encouraged to provide information for the Standard Data Form in electronic form.
Currently, the Model Form is being revised. The Draft Revised Model Form is one of the working documents at T-PVS Bureau Meeting on the 9th September 2011.
