Abstract The decision lays down rules for Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the reciprocal exchange of information and reporting on ambient air quality.
Article 16 Applicability
1. This Decision shall apply from 1 January 2014.
2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article, Member States shall make available the information required pursuant to Articles 6 (Zones and agglomerations) and 7 (Assessment regime)for the first time no later than 31 December 2013.
